March 24 Meeting with Cracow Duo

On March 24, the Cracow Duo participated in a special gathering at the JP2 Friendship Center, offering a unique opportunity for community members to meet the artists in an intimate and welcoming setting. Held ahead of their performance at the Polish Consulate, this event served as both a cultural introduction and a personal exchange.

During the meeting, the duo shared the story of their formation in Kraków, Poland, and reflected on their artistic journey, including their international performances, collaborations, and dedication to promoting Polish music. Attendees gained insight into the duo’s repertoire, which often highlighted both classical masterpieces and works by Polish composers, as well as their mission to bring this rich musical heritage to audiences around the world.

The gathering also provided space for conversation and connection, allowing guests to engage directly with the musicians, ask questions, and learn more about the inspirations behind their work. This informal exchange aimed to strengthen cultural ties within the community while deepening appreciation for the music performed later at the concert.

The event proved to be a meaningful prelude to the evening performance, enriching the concert experience through shared history, dialogue, and cultural celebration.
